RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

The Blue Jay Shop has a 14-day return/exchange policy. The 14-day period means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item you are returning must be in the same condition that you received it– unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact a representative at bluejayshop@jesuitnola.org. Please key RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line of your email and explain the item you wish to return/exchange in the body of your email. A representative will reply to your email within 2 business days. Please note that all returns/exchanges need to be mailed to the following address:

The Blue Jay Shop asks that returns/exchanges be mailed via UPS or USPS with tracking.  Customers are responsible for any and all costs of return shipping.

Damages and/or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact The Blue Jay Shop immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. A representative will evaluate the issue and make any necessary corrections.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, The Blue Jay Shop cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
You will be notified via email once your return is received and inspected. A representative from the Blue Jay Shop will contact you to request your phone number to complete your return. Please remember it can take 7-15 days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact a representative at bluejayshop@jesuitnola.org.
